Use of the mamrelabs.com site (the "Site") is subject to the terms set out below. Browsing and using the Site constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Inon Reany ("we", "us").

The Site is a marketing and informational site presenting the "Mamre" products for restaurants. The content is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer, commitment or advice. Some of the capabilities described are in development, and their availability, nature and terms may change. Binding commercial terms are set out in a separate agreement made directly with you.

All rights in the name "Mamre" / "ממרא", the logo, the Site's design, the text, graphics and any other content on the Site are reserved to us or to the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or make commercial use of the Site's content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". We make an effort to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant this and are not liable for any damage — direct or indirect — arising from reliance on the information or from use of the Site. We do not warrant that the Site will operate without interruptions or errors.

The Site contains links to third-party services (such as WhatsApp and Google). Use of these services is subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the State of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them.
